  • Plain, practical language a busy practice manager can follow
  • Clear structure with H2/H3 headings, short paragraphs and lists where useful
  • Images, screenshots or charts you own or have the right to use

What we do not accept

  • Sales pitches or articles that promote your own product or company
  • Raw or lightly edited AI-generated text
  • Content copied, spun or already published elsewhere

  • Any real patient information or protected health information (PHI)
  • Links to unrelated, gambling, adult or low-quality websites
  • Topics we have already covered, unless your angle is clearly new

How to Submit

Check our blog

Search our site to make sure your topic is not already covered.

Send your pitch

Share your proposed title, a 4 to 5 point outline and a short note about your experience.

Write the draft

Review and publish

Our editor reviews it, suggests any changes, and publishes it with your byline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions contributors ask most.

Can I pitch a topic before writing the full article?

Yes, and we prefer it. Send a title and a short outline through our Contact Us page. We will tell you if the topic works before you spend time writing.

Who can write for Med Software Hub?

Healthcare administrators, practice managers, medical billers and coders, health IT consultants, implementation specialists and clinicians who use healthcare software in their work.

Can I include links to my own website?

You may include one relevant link to your company or profile in your author bio. Links in the article body should point to helpful sources, not to sales or product pages.

Can I write about my own company’s software?

Not in a regular guest post. Articles must be educational and vendor-neutral. If you are interested in sponsored content, please mention it in your message.

What happens if my article is not accepted?

We will let you know why, for example topic overlap, weak sources or a promotional tone. In many cases you can revise and resubmit.

Can I republish my article elsewhere?

Please do not publish the same article on another website. You are welcome to share the link on your own website and social media.
